Due to the custom nature of YOUR ORDER, our organization will not accept any returns, exchanges or provide refunds on items purchased from the online store, unless the item is defective or incorrect due to the efforts of our vendor.

By checking out, each customer takes full responsibility for items purchased online. We will not except returns on items that do not fit, as long as the items is the size the customer ordered. We recommend that all customers contact the organization representative to learn more about sizes.  If names or design is wrong and is the fault of our vendor, we will need the item returned and a replacement will be sent. No replacement products will be sent without the return of the original item.

All products are shipped UPS Ground.  ALL ORDERS DO NOT SHIP UNTIL THE DATE LISTED ON THE HOME PAGE.  Once shipped, depending on location of delivery, shipment can take 3-5 days. We are unable to accept PO Boxes as an address for delivery. All products will be separated, bagged and will include an individual invoice.
